Information for Presentation


Instruction for invited and oral presentations
  • Invited lectures will be 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion, and oral presentations will be 15 minutes followed by 5minutes of discussion.

  • Technical equipments available for presentations will be
    • LCD projector and your computer for electronic presentations
    • LCD projector and our computer (Windows XP) for electronic presentations (Speakers must prepare a computer-based (like Powerpoint) electric file using internationally available (like times and symbol) fonts, stored in CD-R or USB memory device.)
    • Overhead projector


Instruction for poster presentations
  • Posters will be on display in the conference room 1.

  • Each poster is assigned a poster board of approximately 90 cm wide and 210 cm high .

  • Authors are responsible for setting up their material prior to the opening of the poster session. Boards will be numbered with the paper numbers. Push pins will be provided.

  • September 4 Tuesday (P1-01 - P1-57)
    • Setup (recommended): 11:40 - 13:40
    • Obligation Time: 16:00 - 17:00 (Odd No.) 17:00 - 18:00 (Even No.)
    • Removal : 18:00

  • September 5 Wednesday (P2-01 - P2-57)
    • Setup (recommended): 12:20 - 14:20
    • Obligation Time : 16:30 - 17:30 (Odd No.) 17:30 - 18:30 (Even No.)
    • Removal : 18:30
